This cathedral is a lovely church in New Ulm built in 1896 designed in the Baroque-style of architecture. The church has a tower at the top of its construction including central steeple and white –trimmed red bricks. Its interior is beautiful with features of paintings of the twelve disciples, Jesus Christ, and his angels.

Basilica of St. Mary, Minneapolis

Basilica of St. Mary was built in the early 1990s featuring designs of Beaux-Arts Architecture and Baroque. Its inside is also fantastically designed with beautiful details. Basilica of St. Mary holds a music festival each summer on its grounds called Basilica Block party primarily for fundraising for local charities and the structure. Lakewood Memorial Chapel, Minneapolis

Lakewood is a unique church as it is located inside Lakewood Cemetery. It was established in 1910 modeled after the Hagia Sophia in Istanbul Turkey. Lakewood Memorial Chapel is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Its features include a 65 feet high dome, stained glass windows serving as a sundial telling time.
